1.) The audio is out of place when I play a movie, what should I do?
-If you're using an Android TV Box/Player: This is a problem with certain TV brands. All you have to do is turn on your device, and while it is on, unplug the HDMI cable and plug it back in. This will get the audio and video back in sync.
-If you're using your phone/tablet: Under quality control, "Use Internal Player" is enabled by default. Uncheck the box and use an external player of your choice. External players such as MX Player (FREE in the Google Play store!!) can take advantage of hardware & software decoding, thus offering better playback than the ShowBox internal player.
2.) The ShowBox App says it is out of date, should I update it?
-Updating the ShowBox app is always recommended to ensure you have access to the latest titles, features, and servers.
3.) How can I connect the ShowBox to the internet?
- You can connect to the internet using a Wireless connection or a Wired connection. ShowBox is coded for wireless connections and users have had better luck than using a wired connection.
4.) The ShowBox app won't load any movies, what should I do?
-Try all of these steps: Make sure you're connected to the internet. Update your ShowBox app. Restart your device.
5.) My movies aren't playing in full screen, what should I do?
-Under quality control, "Use Internal Player" is enabled by default. Uncheck the box and use an external player of your choice. This fixes the full screen bug and many other playback issues.
6.) What should I choose when it says "Low, Medium, High."
-We've updated our app so we're more transparent about the quality of our titles! Now you will see the resolution of videos (1080P, 720P, 480P, etc) instead of low, medium, high!
1080P = Full High-Definition, looks best, uses more data
720P= Half High-Definition, looks better, uses significantly less data than 1080P
480P and below= Standard quality, looks good, saves a significant amount of data compared to HD
